Responsibilities:-
You will be reporting to VP - Sales and Marketing. Your daily Roles and responsibilities will include :
Taking Responsibility & Increasing the profitability of the Organization by developing sales
Strong understanding of the Business and making customized sales in order to finalize the deals
Meet the sales targets Monthly, Quarterly & Annually
Performance orientated with ability to apply up selling and cross selling skills.
Planning the Various Marketing & Promotional strategies to the new and existing clients
Can Handle operations on floor & building strategy with area teams for sales.
Can handle Enquiries / Conversion of Enquiries
Focus on Customer satisfaction & Building repo with customers.
Taking care of center hygiene and cleanliness
Taking responsibility of the center equipments and machinery and ensuring the proper functioning of the same.
