Laser toning is an effective and safe method to reduce unwanted pigmentation on the skin. It targets the melanin present in the superficial layers of skin. It helps to correct:

Mechanism

 It involves the use of Q switched NDYAG laser in the toning mode- ( large spot size with low energy ) which damages the melanosome ( the pigment granules ) in colour-producing cells of the skin i. e  melanocytes. It causes a reduction in melanin (the skin pigment) thereby producing a skin lightening & brightening effect.
It also utilizes the genesis mode (quasi-long pulse mode) to heat the skin & stimulate the collagen fibres to be laid down in the skin, which in turn, leads to improvement in fine lines and skin texture.

Procedure

The whole procedure takes 30-45 min.
